UCOM Cloud PBX supports both hardware IP phones (such as Yealink models) and software-based phones (softphones) that run on desktop or mobile devices.

No. In both cases, either a hardware phone or softphone can use a WiFi or 4G internet connection to make and receive phone calls. Please note that the hardware IP phone must have the feature to enable it to connect to a WiFi network. There are a number of Yealink models that are capable of doing that.

Yes. UCOM supports number porting, allowing you to transfer your existing business phone numbers to our platform so you don't have to change your contact details.

No. UCOM PBX plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contracts. You can scale up or down as your business needs change.
